If a person did sex with feyancy’s mother. Can he marry that girl or not? This situation was happened in our circumferences….. Shall we arrange marry for them or not?

If someone committed adultery with a woman then he cannot marry the daughter of the woman provided he confesses the adultery or it is proved by two fair witnesses:
