(Fatwa: 54/54=D/1429)

Mourning and wailing (matam) is un-Islamic and the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) cursed those doing so. (Mishkawt) Mourning in Muharram is from the bad innovations of the Shias, the Muslims should shun completely from it.
