Assalamualaikum Q)Allah Azzawajal wages war on three kinds of people in the Quran who are the three types of people could you please explain in detail?

(Fatwa: 249/249=M/1430)
The Quran clearly states that Allah declares war against one who involves in transaction of interest. Also, there is hadith which says: ?One who has enmity with the wali of Allah, Allah declares war against him.? But, I saw no other thing related to the matter.
