I am working with one rich person in Dubai, every month he is giving me four thousands Dirham as a sadqah to distribute it in poor people in Pakistan. I requested him that there are some sadat families in our villages who are also very poor. Can I distribute this sadqah among them, he said that is on you if I can give them or not. And I am also from sadat family. So my question is can I take this sadqah on behalf of poor people and distribute it among the poor people and sadat families?

If it is nafl sadaqah and the rich person has given you full authority then it is right to give it to poor Sayyids. And if it is wajib sadaqah like zakah etc then it is not lawful for Sayyids.
