As salam walekum, I am a Software Engineer and selected in Oracle financial services company. I have heard that they are generally developing software products for Banking Domain. So is it ok to work there or I should not work there. Please suggest. Allah hafiz.

If your job does not involve reading and writing interest, doing interest based calculations and bearing witness to it, and you have nothing to do with interest-based and unlawful jobs, then you are allowed to work there; otherwise not.
