Assala Mu Alaikum I am a Bank Oficer at Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. My Question That If I Deposit Money in this bank under Mudaraba Deposit Account and Profit Given by this Bank on Mudaraba Saving Account But I Know that this Bank do not practice his business under islamic shariah in real of its operation, in this case Can I avail profit amount in this account

When you know definitely that the bank is involved in non-Shariah compliance businesses, it is not right to use the profits received from the bank.
