Is it permissible in Islam to marry someone with whom one has had a sexual relationship prior to marriage?

I would like to know is islam gave the permission to have nikkah with a girl with whom u have sexual relationship before?

Yes, it is allowed rather the nikah of an adulterer with an adulteress is better.
