What did my father’s dream mean when he saw the Prophet (PBUH) arrive?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My Father saw a dream around 21 years. Now when he came to know about Darul Uloom Darul Ifta he wanted his dream to interpret. In his dream he saw that he is sitting in a room and there is a stair case nearby. After some time he heard voices of people shouting about the arrival of the holy Prophet (PBUH) sometime later the holy Prophet (PBUH) came down from stairs and asked my father for water. The holy Prophet (PBUH) was wearing black Jubbah and a black piece of cloth on head (as Arabs wear on their heads today). My father was shocked at the sudden arrival. To fetch water he ran to another room but when he returned with a bowl of water he found out that the holy Prophet (PBUH) is not there. My father searched for him but he found the holy Prophet (PBUH) nowhere.

There is some weakness in following sunnah and kindness towards relatives i.e. your father lacks adequacy in these matters as it should be. He needs to pay special attention towards it. If he removes this shortcoming, then in-shaAllah he shall get more benefit.
