Should I get a no-fee credit card in Saudi Arabia if paid within 30 days?

I am IN Saudi Arabia. is it advicable to get a credit card. Because according to saudi rule we can buy things using credit card and if we pay the entire amount before 30 days then there will not be any services charges(interest) or extra amount to be paid apart from the billed amount. please advice if we can use this type of. people here says its jayaz need Ullamas advice. thank you
