Assalamualaikum, My question is, whether dried semen on clothes or sheet requires them to be washed? can we pray with the clothes if it is totally dried and one has scratched and removed it with another clean cloth? what if it leaves a small mark or stain? does it then need washing? and how should one make such clothes pak? In our time, it is necessary to wash such clothes or sheets which are smeared with dry semen. Scratching is not enough. No matter if spots or scars remain after washing. Such clothes will be clean after they are washed thrice.
