Assalamu Alaikum, hope this question will be answred as early as posible. The question is about travel expenses given by the company to the employee. can a employee use the remaining expenses for himself or should he give it back to the company? Wassalam.
Answer:
(Fatwa: 832/617=H/1430)
It should be returned to the company, but if the company allows the employees to use the remaining amount, then it is not wajib to return it.
