Why did I continue climbing to the 5th floor with a heavy load despite the girl asking her mother to teach me tuition on the 3rd floor?

I saw a dream in which i am passing through a street with a very heavy bag on my shoulders then there are two houses and from the top of each house a girl from my school is inviting me to come.Then i say i have a very bad disease.then i go to one house and start to climb floors the girl comes down and says to her mother pls teach him on 3rd floor but i continue climbing towards the 5th floor with a heavy load.I say to the girl dont ask your mother to come down to teach me tuition i will go up.
