Assalaamuleyikum, My name is Mohammad Irshad I have a question that what we should write. So Far I am using Mohammad or Mohd whereas if i translate as per Urdu it comes Muhammad. Is it ok to use Mohammad or Mohd or Md. Jazaakumulllah!

It is better to write complete محمدwith U (like Muhammad) without shortening it. O is used in place of waw (و), therefore you had better write U instead of O.
