For obligatory gusl, after cleaning the dirt,wudu is to be done,prior to pouring water completely over body. My question is can I do wudu with clothes off and complete gusl and do the prayers. Whether oral sex including masturbation, is allowed in Islam and what are the limitations in sex with a spouse?

In the case mentioned in the question, it is alright to perform wudhu without clothes and performing salah after wearing cloth having completed the ghusl.
(2) It is not allowable. Please, explain what do you mean by limitations?
