Assalam valaikum, My sister’s husband is aged very poor no one to support him. And add to his misery he has one mentally retarded son of 22 years old. He is SYED therefore can we give zakat to our sister who is not SYED. Can we motivate others also to give her zakat?

If your sister is very poor and deserves Zakah, you can give Zakah amount to her as well as you can ask others for the same.
