Is this acceptable in darul harab if any government company contribute to construct the mosque in india? if they build what can we do? (In my town we have a 80year old masjid now a Singareni Coalmines Company {50%state 50%central} build a shed to extend the masjid what can we do?)

If the company is building the shed happily and thinking it as good action as well as there is no fear of any kind of interference then it may build it.
