Is it write or wrong that MAUZOO hadith are present in FAZAILE-AMAAL?

The one who said that the hadith of Fazail Amal are mauzoo he told a lie made accusation. Of course, some hadith are weak, but they can be relied and practiced in the chapter of virtues as per the view of the majority of Hadith scholars.
