Must Mohammed be included with prophet’s name for a boy or can just surname and name be used?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I plan on keeping a prophet’s name if the child is a boy. I would like to know whether it’s mandatory to keep the name Mohammed before the name, e.g. Mohammed Ibrahim. Can we just keep the name Ibrahim with the family surname?

According to Shariah, it is correct to keep the name Muhammad Ibrahim and it is also correct to attach family surname with it, there is no harm.
