Does “Islam” refer only to Quranic injunctions?

When we use the term Islam then is it right to say that it solely means Quranic injunctions?

All the commandments mentioned therein the Holy Quran and Hadith are Islamic teachings. It is not so that only the Quranic commandments are Islamic teachings.
