I have question regarding talaq. My wife left home with her bhabhi without informing me and she told my mother that she does not want to stay with me. After waiting for long time I have sent Talaq Nama to my wife on 29th August 2014 by Registry Post and it was received by her on 1st Sep 2014 at office address. The Talaq Nama was signed by me and counter signed by my lawyer, in which I have pronounced 3 times talaq to my wife. It was intimated by her and her relative that why you have given her 3 talaq, this explains that Talaq Nama was received by them. (1) Is talaq imposed on my wife with effect from 29th August 2014 or 1st September 2014?
(2) Instead of starting iddah she filed fake case on me, parent, sister and brother-in-law, also watching movies, attending marriage function and going out for work. Allah knows better not even one charge filed by her is valid. Kindly suggest me as per Islamic law what is the view on act of this girl and their family?

(Fatwa: 72/96/L=01/1436)
(1) Talaq took place on your wife when you got the Talaq Nama written.
(2) It is severe sin to file fake case. It is necessary for those who did so against you to withdraw the case back and do taubah and istighfar.
