There are some scholars in our area they make the decision about the Ramadan & Eid that the Ramadan and Eid will be celebrated with Saudi Arabia without seeing the moon. And for last 3 years they are doing so. There point of view is that there is no value of the difference of the rising points of moon according to Ahnaf. They are challenging the scholars of the area. So what is the opinion of the scholars? What is the value of their opinions and there act?

According to Hadith, one should keep the fast of Ramadan and celebrate Eid by seeing the moon. It is wrong to declare the moon as per the Saudi Arabia without a proof of moon sighting in Pakistan.
