I have four kids 1st daughter 6 years, 2nd son 4 years, 3rd son 2 year, 4th son 1 month, only me my wife, no one is available for taking care, wife is telling about operation so can we do or not?

In this case if none is available to take care and you are not getting any maidservant then you may adopt any method to prevent the pregnancy temporarily for a awhile. It is not lawful to stop it permanently by operation.
