My friend’s uncle died leaving behind only a real sister and a nephew (son of real brother). He has no other living relatives (wife, kids, etc.). I wish to inquire as to the division of his property, in light of the above. Kindly guide at your earliest and oblige.

In the case mentioned above, his daughter will be eligible to receive half of all his property, while his nephew will receive the remaining part for to being ‘asba.
