What is the meaning of the name Yesrab?

I would like know the meaning of name Yesrab. I heard it is the name of Yahudi. Please reply.

We do not know whether Yesrab is the name of a Jew. However, it is the old name of Madina. It means: thorny, desolate (See Firozul Lughat)
