Agar kisi aurat ko uske mard ne naraz hokar 1 saal tak baat bhi nahi ki to kya ye talaq hai ya talaq ke nazdeeqe hai.yani dono bilkul alag rahe ho to kya surat hai.

Deserting wife and living separately for one year does not cause any divorce i.e. Talaq does not take place with these actions, until the husband pronounces it.
Yes, if the husband gave her Talaq orally or in written or swore that he would not have sex with his wife for four moths, then please explain the matter and submit the question again.
