Kuttay ko marna(halak karna) jaiz h ya nahi? hamaray gar k agay ak kutta betha rahta hay aur ghar walo k ilawa koi naya aye to us par buhat bhonkta hay. yehi khatra laga rahta hay k kat na lay. aur phir agar koi mahman aye to acha bhi nahi lagta.

Get it away from your doors or tame it by giving food so that stops barking. If you fear any harm from it you can kill it, but you should not kill only at the basis of doubt:
إذا کثرت الکلاب في قریۃ و أضرت بأھلھا أمر أربابھا بقتلھا (شامي 2:237)
