I want to ask in the light of hadith, what happens to a girlwoman who dies during her menses.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
We did not come across any specific virtue for a woman who passes away during menses. However, the important thing is to pass away in the state of Iman.
