As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Yes, it is permissible to rent your shop or a portion of your shop for an ATM machine.
The ATM fees charged to the customers using the machine is a service charge in lieu of the privilege to use the ATM and not interest.
As a result, the rent received will be halal. [i] [ii]

ربوية ، ولا يعد من قبيلها الرسوم المقطوعة التي لا ترتبط بمبلغ القرض أو مدته مقابل هذه الخدمة . وكل زيادة على الخدمات الفعلية محرمة ، لأنها من الربا المحرم شرعا

أما تزويد البنك عميله بكشف الحساب وصرفه الشيكات له وتخويله حق الاستفادة من خدمات الصراف الآلي [ii]
مثلا فإن هذه ليست نقودا مدفوعة زيادة عن الدين وإنما هي خدمات
