Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

The call of Ebrahim Alaihissalam was a command from Allah Ta’ala.  Allah Ta’ala says in the Quran:

وَأَذِّنْ فِي النَّاسِ بِالْحَجِّ يَأْتُوكَ رِجالًا وَعَلى كُلِّ ضامِرٍ يَأْتِينَ مِنْ كُلِّ فَجٍّ عَمِيقٍ (سورة الحج، رقم الاية 27)

And announce among people about (the obligation of) Hajj, so that they should come to you on foot and on every camel turned lean, travelling through every distant hilly pathway. (Quran 22: 27)

Under the commentary of this Ayah, Imam Ibn Katheer Rahimahullah quotes from Ibn Abaas Radhiallahu Anhu and others that those who responded to the call of Ebrahim Alaihissalam were granted the ability to perform Hajj in this world. [1]

The call of Jibraeel Alaihissalam and Shaytaan is not known.
