Answer

It is a well known fact that the leader of the Bareilwi group, Moulana Ahmad Raza Khan and the Ulama of Deoband had serious fundamental differences. Moulana Ahmad Raza Khan did not hesitate to declare people having differences with him as Kaafirs.

The attitude of the Ulama-e-Haqq was one of caution. Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] advised that we should be careful in declaring Kufr against anyone.
