i am a converted muslim 23 years of age …..it has been more than one year i am in the circle of islam ….i have faced many problems after accepting islam and my family even wanted to conevrt me back ….but it was Allahs blessings that they could not and offcourse they can not change my heart and my feelings for islam …..
right now i am away from my home, doing higher studies…. in this way i am easily able to practise islam here ….the main thing is now …that i want to get married to a muslim who is a well person but my family being non muslims obviously is not encouraging for the proposal and also they do not prefer my marriage early ….in muslim caste or in thier own too.
but if i get married to a muslim ..i ll be independant in many ways …it will be better for me being a girl as islam it self reccomends early marriage …… and it will also help me stand rigid at islam …..
so can i marry without my families permission in this case

Yes, it is permissible to get married without your family’s permission if you are mature, free, sane and happily consent to the marriage. (Hidaaya pg.313)
