If a person takes oath by placing hand on Quran that i will not repeat this act again but that person repeats and is v guilty and also decides never to repeat it again..in that case what is kufara?

Answer:

If the person went against the oath, he has committed a major sin. He should make tawbah and istighfaar.

There is no kaffaarah for going against the oath.
