Is it true that someone praying at home should offer their salaat after the jamaat of the local masjid has been completed?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

For example if Asr begins at say 2:45pm and the jamaat of the mosque is at 3:55pm. Is the person who is praying at home required to read it after 3:55pm. Jazakallah.

Answer

This is not necessary. one may read Salaat at home as soon as the time enters.
