an impotent person should’nt marry, what about a person who is very responsive and gets readily and quickly excited ( have erection and/or release mazi).
Answer:
There is no Shar’ee prohibition for such a person to marry. In fact, if he
is unable to control his desires and has the means to marry he should do so.
