So have decided to sold a shop and the shop was sold for 6 lacs. 1.50 lacs given deposit for home for one brother family 2.25 lacs given deposit for home for one brother family 1.25 lacs keep for business 1.25 elder brother make loss in business One brother he was staying in above given address another two brothers family was staying on their deposited room. The rules on room: – · Original rent (actual rent) · Electric bill · Other miscellaneous expenses · Repairing and maintained or colors other low expenses Above given all rules done and paid by us. And no any other benefits from deposits So I am requesting you to please inform me that we have given deposit for room It’s Compulsory to give ZAKAT on given deposit for room.
The deposit placed on the room is a form of surety. No Zakaat is payable on
this deposit.
