is this necessary to take bayeeyath,i strongly belive that allah is one & whatever may be allah is the one to solve your problems then why do people say that the bayeeyath safe gaurd’s us from all the problems,please reply this is very important for all of us to know-allah hafiz.

Bai?at is not Fardh or Waajib. The pious predecessors have recommended Bai?at as it is an effective means of attaining Tazkiyat (self-reformation).
It is common for people to consult others in many walks of their life. The same applies in spiritual upliftment.
