Aoa. About qasr namaZ.
When we leave our place and after 13km, we stop so our namaZ ewil be qasr or not.Our right destination is 60-70 km.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In principle, a person will perform qasr salaah once he leaves the boundaries of his city[1] and intends to travel for 78 kilometres[2] or more.
If your final destination is 70 kilometres, you will not be a musaafir. When you stop after 13 kilometres to perform salaah, you will have to perform full salaah.
