If I perform Umra after Ramadan this year should Haj be made Farz on me during the same year i.e. 2002. I have not done any Haj before.

In principle, if you have the means to perform Haj then only will Hajj become Fardh.

We advise you give prefrence to performing Hajj over Umrah, if you can afford only one of the two.
