If a woman is married in islam and her husband has a car. Does the car belong to him or is it ours. Does he have a right to tell her that she is not entitled to drive it, but his brother is allowed?

The wife is not entitled to any of the possessions of the husbands by virtue of marriage alone. Similarly, the husband too is not entitled to any of the wife’s possessions by virtue of marriage alone.

Both spouses may grant one another permission to use their possessions.
