Assalamu Alaikum. I had a court marraige in Pakistan where in the room there was ONE Molvi and ONE Male witness and the Groom and the Bride (myself).
On the Nikah Nama which has signed by above AND by 2 Male Witnesses who were not present in the room.
It has been 2 Years since we have been married through above court marraige.
IS This Nikah Valid???
Please reply as every night i am waking up disturbed.
