Dear Mufti my question is there any reality of palm reading in Islam please advice me. Is it haram to show hand to some one?

Answer:

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, ‘Whosoever goes to a
fortuneteller is not among us.’

It is prohibited to go to a fortune-teller for palm reading.
