3 talaqs in one sitting constitute 3 talaqs  not one

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by AnswersToFatawa

Assalamualikum,
one of my friend is having two wives and his second wife demanding his husband to keep first wife combined at one roof for which first wife is not agreeing because of which fitnah is going on. if he keeps by force there is a possibility of big problems and fithnah for which first wife is not agreeing and asking only her Islamic rights.
first time he given 3 talaqs on one sitting  before 6 months upon asking his second wife because his husband is not obeying him, after the Talaq immediately she apologized.
and the second time that is two days before requested divorce by whatsapp for which he replied with Triple Talaq and They mutually concluded, agreed, and announced the separation in their relatives. After 15 days again she is apologizing and wants to back considering triple talaq as One. is it permissible?
Again she (second wife) is putting the condition of one roof.second wife is western cultured moroccon, and the first is Indian normal villager  where as Husband is Indian.
his second wife always black mailing by asking talaq and after giving the talaq she is apologizing.
becuse of second wife conditions its leading un-justification to first wife in his daily routine life.
His brother guiding him to continue and face problems with second to get Jannah then what about un-justification with first wife.
what he has to do with second according to quran and hadith. second wife is not changeable and dominating attitude.
He punished first wife so many times to be at one roof with the influence of first wife and threatening continuously.
what are the Islamic rulings who support for wrong that too between two wives.
Note : Husband is rich financially

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If the husband issued three talaqs in one sitting then a talaq-e-mugallazah (a permanently irrevocable divorce) takes place. Hence they are no more husband and wife after the divorce. It is not permissible for them to reconcile without undergoing the procedure of halala[1].

We don’t see the need to address the issue of two wives under one roof as in this case there is no nikah with the second wife.
