Prophet’s Creation from Light
| Q.) There are a few people who say that our nabi, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam, was made from noor. They also quote a hadith in favor of their claim. They use this as a pretext to some other distorted beliefs that they have inherited from their predecessors. I acknowledge the gravity of this issue, however being a Muslim we must know how was our beloved nabi different from us in terms of his physical presence. Jazakum Allah khair. |
A.) In terms of physical presence, Rasulullah, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam, as well as all the other prophets, Alayhim salam, were the children of Adam, Alayhi salam, who was created from clay.
