Suffering from urine drops

Q: I suffer from an illness of urinary dribbling (urine drops coming out), as a result of which I keep toilet paper wrapped around my penis all the time. Before I need to pray, I normally just dispose of the old toilet paper, clean the tip of my penis with fresh toilet paper, and then wrap new toilet paper around it. Please note that each time I urinate, I do use water for cleaning. But if I haven’t urinated, then I just clean using toilet paper. I’ve been practising this for several years now. Unfortunately, one mistake that I made is that when prostatic fluid would be released from my penis (as
a result of sexual arousal), I would use toilet paper to clean the penis, and then make wudhu and pray. However, I have learnt that one needs to in fact wash the penis in this instance with water, and not just clean using toilet paper. I am guessing I need to repeat all the prayers where I didn’t wash with water, but just used toilet paper? My concern though is that I do not know for which prayers this occurred, as this is over the course of several years. Could you please advise me on what to do?

A: If you are not completely certain, you do not have to repeat any namaaz.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
