Can we give gold items as gifts to Uncle’s daughter for her marriage from interest money that earned from savings account (SBI)? Please note that my uncle is not a miskin or poor. But my uncle’s daughter may be.

If the daughter of your uncle is poor and needy then you may give her the interest money from bank without the intention of reward and she can use that money where she wishes.
