I have a minor speech impediment. Is there any dhikr or spiritual remedy for me?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

In the name of Allah, the inspirer of truth

The scholars tell us that the one who has a speech impediment should recite the Qur’an aloud as much as possible. The blessing of the Qu’ran is so immense that it will get rid of the problem.

They also recommend that one recite verses 25,26,27,28 of Sura Taha as a daily litany (wazifa) as well.

“Rabbishrah li sadri wahlul uqdatam minl lisani yafqahoo qawli.”

And Allah Knows Best
