assalam alaikum, my wife is suffering from thyroid doctors say that it is not good to become pregnant in thyroid as it may affect the baby. Can i use contrceptives plz guide me.

You should consult any religious Muslim doctor or hakim. If he advises you the same, you are allowed to adopt any temporary contraceptive measure.
