I work in a company and sometime I print lots of pages for my own (personal) work or other income. For example, if I print 100 pages then I give my office 200 pages for print cost. But nobody knows that. Always I need this print because I have no printer and printer is very costly for me. I pay for this print. Is my other income lawful?

There is no harm in it. Your income is halal and lawful.
Note: If the owner of the company allows the same directly and clearly then the said ruling is alright.
