Assalamu – Alaikum, Please tell me whether I can borrow a heavy amount on interest from the Bank to develop my parental house which is in afflicted condition and wherein my poor brother is living, whereas my wife is sole owner of some cash and a valueable plot which was received from her father. And She will never agree to develop my parental house at her own cost. Can I borrow loan on interest from Bank for the same?

If you do not have money, you are poor and no one is ready to give you debt and it is necessary to build house then you can take loan from bank under this exigent condition as per the need of the construction: ویجوز للمحتاج الاستقراض بالربح (الاشباہ)
