Zaakat is pending for around 30 years for Jwellery of my mother. Now we want to pay Zaakat now. Please let us know whether we have to pay zaakt of jwellery ,which is of gold and silver, of current price or we can calculate zaakat on the basis of old prices of gold and silver?

You will have to pay the Zakah as per the price of the jewel at the end of the concerning year:
إذا کان لہ مائتا قفیز من حنطۃ للتجارۃ تساوي مائتي درھم فتم الحول ثم زاد السعر أو انتقص فإن أدی من عینھا أدی خمسۃ أقفزۃ، وإن أدی القیمۃ تعتبر قیمتھا یوم الوجوب (عالمگیری 1:198(
